40 μm thick PDMS (Polydimethylsiloxane) layer on top of 

a 100 μm thick glass cover

Stiffness ranging from 1.5 kPa to 28 kPa, as in most 

tissues

Biocompatible soft cell culture material

High walls with a standard height for easy handling

Lid with lock position, which minimizes evaporation

Rim for easy opening

No autofluorescence

Fully compatible with the  ibidi Heating System

Differentiated mouse fibroblasts cultured on elastic surface
